Fees

Havilah Legal offers a highly competitive rate for all work. All Debt Recovery work in Western Australia is charged at a fixed rate fee.

Pursuant to Part 10 of the Legal Profession Act 2008 (WA), we disclose an estimate of costs in each matter as soon as practicable following our engagement. Interest charges are at the court scale and if no sale is application, then a set rate is applied, and our professional fees for a defended case are based on the solicitor’s hourly rate.

We are also prepared to negotiate fixed fee rates for our professional fees in circumstances where an continuing town agent relationship is established (based on anticipated volumes of work and the complexity of instructions).
